Our small hybrid critically overheated and we got stranded near Groom. It was midnight and we were worried about the cold. Thankfully a peace officer came by and helped us locate T&H and the mechanic nearby. Suffice to say they fixed the car and went way beyond the extra mile to get my wife to her meeting. Just the best people, they actually care about the customer.

The T&H crew helped my wife and I out of a tough situation after an RV incident on I-40. They secured our belongings while we got our affairs sorted and assisted through the whole process. I hope to never have an incident like that again, but if I do, I hope it's near Groom, TX.

We were stuck towing a camper and with two dogs. This towing company were so wonderful and went out of their way to take us along with our camper to a place to stay until our truck could be fixed. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!
